Someone in Hamburg, Germany able to sign a GPG key?

Hi there.
I'd like to maintain a few .deb's for the Debian system, and all
i miss is a signed GPG key.

Is there any developer in Hamburg, Germany who could sign my GPG
key?  Or does anyone know of a key certification agency in
Hamburg?

Please email me privately when responding, this is surely
offtopic on debian-devel, but i couldn't find a better list to
post this question.
