Well, i'm not sure where 'official' versions of release are, but you can
grab from the CVS archive

CVSROOT = :pserver:anonymous@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/ftpmaint

module is dinstall i think

if you hit http://cvs.debian.org you get a list of all CVSROOT's available
and all the modules for them
