Please don't forget to cc it to the Bug Tracking System so it
gets recorded.  This is very important especially when working
on packages where the maintainer looks to be MIA.

It's also a good idea to retitle the bug report after supplying
a proper patch so the title is "[PATCH] $oldtitle" which makes
it visible that a fix is already around.
