sponsor(s) needed for emelfm, upx, libucl

Hi,

I am looking for anyone to sponsor or overtake the following packages.

- emelFM, a two-panel filemanager for GTK, like gentoo or MC, with some
	improvements (GPL)
- UPX, a file-compressor for executables which are unpacked on-the-fly
	while execution (GPL, apparently non-free because of a special paragraph
	in the license).
- libucl and libucl0, libs needed by upx and corresponding development
	package (GPL)

All of them are packaged for Potato, "lintian-clean" and work fine for
me. Precompiled debs and Debian source can be found on
ftp://sites.inka.de/W1752/upx/
