Just a couple of questions:
1. Does this means that the regular user (not the RM nor the maintainer of the
package in question) _should_ _not_ of this severity, and does this means that
this severity is only for the use of two people (RM and maintainer)?
AFAIK, this can be acomplished by _both_ of them without filling a bug
report: Just email ftpmasters requesting for the package to be removed. (I
am wrong?)
2. Does this means that the everyday user should only report bugs with
'severity: normal' or 'severity: grave'?
I don't think that's a good ideia, and it will definitely cause all bugs to
be overrated.
