I think terms such as "free world" are unnecessarily politically loaded
and will cause trouble for no reason.  I live in the US, for example, and
I regard the export policy of my own government as stupid and contrary to
the national interest, but that does not by any means suggest that I think
that I live in a part of the world which is not "free."

The goal is to make the names for the CD images as clearly descriptive as
possible without loading them with political baggage of any sort.  In my
opinion, "Full (not US-exportable)" meets that standard; "Free World"
certainly does not.
