What exactly did the reject message say?  Who signed that (I have
rejected many packages on these kinds of problems, but I don't recall
this package).

Copyright (C) 1234 Blah Blah

This is blah blah, there is no blah.  You should have received
blah with this blah, or else you can write to blah.
