[ITP] pam_pgsql

pam_pgsql is a PAM authentication module to authenticate 
against PostgreSQL databases.

This is not the same version as the one on freshmeat,
that one appears to have gone missing in action, so I
wrote my own Debian native version.

It supports:

    - normal user/password authentication
    - account expiry 
    - notification of new password required
    - password token modification 

If no-one has a problem with this, I'll upload soon.
