It is based on it but it was debianised from the TkMan 2.1b4 src on my
"unstable" machine. I might have made some very minor changes which I do not
remember at the moment. The main difference between this package and the one
in orphaned is that this package "is based on Tcl/Tk 8.3 and will not work
with earlier versions". This newer version of Tcl/Tk has "new regular
expressions and other new features" when compared to the version used by the
package in orphaned.
Any particular reasons for asking?
