Actually, no. You might want to take a look at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/turtle
It is not as full featured as wanna-build, but trivial to setup, really.

Setting up an autobuilder
-------------------------
This is just a quick guide. A complete user manual has to be written at
a later time.
# Creating and filling the autobuilder root directory.
