source dependencies

hi all,

what about including some dependency information on the *-dev packages 
they depend on into src-debs? it is driving me nuts, that i have to wait
for error messages and then guess, in which package the missing header
files can be found.
"apt-get -b source <blah>" should automatically install all required
development packages, so the build runs smoothly. does this make sense?

btw: there is no libident.so link to libident.so.0, but the exim source
package seems to depend on it.
