The author (I think you) should as fast as possible contact the inetutils
people at bug-inetutils@gnu.org to talk about it. inetutils in CVS already
contains a whois written by Joel Weber, and if you want a merger you should
assign the copyright of your work to the FSF and get it included in
inetutils.

There is a code freeze scheduled for august, so if you want your whois
included in the next release, now is the time to sort it out.
