Hmm, two important additional findings:

The main change wrt 4.73 is that Netscape does not provide versions
with weak encryption for Linux yet (probably not at all). So Debian
*has* to form its mind on this issue.

If you snip the filename from that FTP URL and browse the directories,
you will still see the restrictions on export to some countries. So
that has not changed. They just don't force you to click through that
agreement any longer. Most people will probably never see it.

Could we in turn put this message somewhere near the netscape package
on the Debian servers (or in the Description)?
