One of the active members of the Madison Linux User Group is also a
Debian developer, Douglas Bates. When he's in town, a good place to
sign keys would be at one of the Madlug meetings. (see
www.madisonlinux.org) I'm sure others would also want to participate,
if it were announced beforehand.
