No shadow for 1.3?

I'm just wondering why the shadow passwd packages haven't found its way
into bo, yet.

Everyone wanted to have them for 1.2 but we missed the dead line. I'm hope
we do better this time.

Does someone know what has to be done yet or are there any unsolved
problems?
