Yes, this would be nice.
However (oops!) there is no reason why a source package would have to
depend precisely on libc"5"-dev. We will want this source packages to be
compiled under libc6 one day! :-) Of course if we do not list it, no
problem. (I suppose this would be as depending on a virtual package
provided by both libc5-dev and libc6-dev).
