ftp mirrors not running?

I haven't seen anything updated on ftp.debian.org in at least a couple
of days (in particular, I was kind of hoping libpam0 would actually
show up, so I didn't have to leave samba in configured state...)  I've
included the mirror lines below in case I'm doing something wrong...
