Uploaded in Germany not working????

I just uploaded tripwire_1.2-11 to ftp.uni-erlangen.de. But it seems this
upload queue isn't processed. Or at least it isn't able to upload anything.
There are quite a lot of packages left in the queue. Yould anyone please
take care of this? Or do I have to re-upload directly to master.

Hmm, I just saw that the status file says 'daemon not running'.

Unfortunately I cannot figure out who's in charge of the uploader, so I
cannot write him directly.
