clock has been replaced with hwclock in util-linux-2.7.1.  You can
just edit /etc/init.d/boot which is a conffile.

hwclock supports clock's calling parameters, but its output is not
always the same.  I can temporarily make a symlink from clock ->
hwclock to ease transition if you wish.

I'll file a bug against sysvinit so the boot script refers to hwclock.
