At http://www.mindspring.com/~mgrand/mime.html you can find an overview of
MIME; at ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/iana/assignments/media-types/media-types
you can find a list of assigned MIME types.

The Sun stuff isn't really MIME; it predates it. These messages are produced
by the Sun "mailtool" of SunOS 4; you can use "emil"
(ftp://ftp.uu.se/pub/unix/networking/mail/emil/) to convert them to proper
MIME.
