Please take a look at:

You need a kernel with atm patch in and atm tools. Latest version (0.32) is
for kernel 2.1.37 (unstable), which you may not want to run. 0.31 for
2.0.25 seems to work and you can patch the kernel up to 2.0.29.

There is no debian package for them AFAIK, but making it would be easy. I
could consider doing that, it would be useful to us also.
