   In discussions with upstream maintainers, it became clear that all of them
   except Ted wanted to be brought in on bugs, including bugs connected with
   odd versions of LIBC and with LIBC 6. For this reason, I have concluded that
   this is case of a developer who just doesn't like us, and I am dropping
   the issue.

I certainly want bug reports --- preferably with patches.

I'd rather not be dragged into the initial data gathering with the user
--- ESPECIALLY when I see random guessing going on instead of asking
explicit questions about what the exact nature of the problem which the
user was seeing.  This was my complaint, not being brought into the
discussion about problems with LIBC 6.
