Debian 2.0: Checklist automated

Ok, thanks to everyone when sent ideas of how to do the sed script, I
finally got to the way I wanted it.

Now, we still need people to submit checklist for their packages.  I think
I'll automate the sending of these e-mails and updating the package list
next.
