ICQ is non-free. The important thing to note is that the source is not 
available, only the compiled Java bytecode. Thus, it is not DFSG
free. Also, be aware that the current (0.981) version DOES NOT work
with the current jdk. It requires 1.1.4, which is not available in a
Blackdown version (the defacto 'official' Linux port). 0.95 will work
with the current jdk, if you can find it.
