>From my installed packages I see:

  jdk1.1-runtime
  ncurses-runtime
  wxwin-runtime
  wxwin-ol-runtime

and I'm completing:

  cracklib-runtime

My new package just have programs that use the libraries.  Should the
policy manual be extended with a note about -bin? I myself think
-runtime is adequate to cover both situations.
