You *did* I hope make a backup of a revocation certificate of the last
key. If you did, send it just like a public key to the keyservers.
If you have pgp2, the command is "pgp -kg" and follow the
instructions. If you have pgp5, the command is "pgpk -g" and follow
the instructions. If you're using pgp5, be sure to generate an RSA
key, or a lot of people aren't going to be able to read it. If you
have pgp2, you'll need to "pgp -ks 0x[keyid]" to sign your key
yourself. If you have pgp5, this will be done automatically during
key generation.
