If the freeze did really happen, then they would go to unstable
(the new one, whatever it will be called)

If the freeze did not really happen, then they would go to unstable (hamm)
(because then, we would have still unstable == hamm).

This is this way if the first line of the changelog says "unstable"
(as usual).

p.s. As of writing of this, there is not a new symlink in the "dists" 
directory yet, so we don't have a new unstable yet, so unless Brian has
changed dinstall behaviour, uploads for unstable would go to hamm (if
Brian or Guy do not really freeze hamm between now and the next dinstall
run :-).
