Just add them (DNS entries) on a separate line, like mine, one nameserver
per provider or the like:

nameserver 194.52.205.3
nameserver 194.52.8.106
nameserver 130.241.141.170
nameserver 195.100.10.3
nameserver 192.36.125.2

Please do not use exactly these number, but the thing is, you can have as
many nameserver entries you like in this file (/etc/resolv.conf)...
