Not me.
This is a system that was bo, but was upgraded (via autoup.sh) four
weeks ago. Last update of all packages was on Monday.

Doesn't look like it; I just logged into the system which runs
wu-ftpd-academ, and last still looks fine:

I don't believe so, at least the manpage doesn't make any mention of it.
