New data Re: Incomplete success with 2.88 boot image



As someone pointed out to me in private mail, (and I should have thought
of it myself) rdev -r will set the ramdisk size.

I have done this, setting it to 7000K and I still get the errors.

The interesting point is that the last sector listed is 11998, which when
you multiply by 512 gives the size of the uncompressed root.bin file
(6142926). The strange part about the errors is that only even sectors are
reported. I can't tell what sector starts the errors, as they scroll off
the screen too fast, so I don't know where this starts.

Ideas?
