I ported Red Hat's `tmpwatch' program to Debian, and renamed it in the process to `tmpreaper'. There's info in there about where you can read more about the race. By the way, I'd like to orphan this package. I have no use for it myself, since I run a one man workstation. Would someone who uses `tmpreaper' in the real world please take the package?
