I guess he's trying to say how much the word "intuitive" is
inappropriated. I for one never saw someone use a computer
trough intuition. Controlling a cursor with keys or with a mouse
is not "intuitive". Takes some abstraction.

As a teacher, I have the experience of spending several minutes
explaining the notion of a cursor and why the heck would you
want to move it. :-)
