Master has 8 or so processes in state "D" (waiting for disk). I don't know
if that means the disk is being thrashed or if there's some other problem
(I've seen state D processes on a machine that was actually not loaded at
all, just couldn't access a nfs mount). Note that the load average is
incremented by 1 for each process in state D even if they're not using the
CPU.
