libc 2.0.7u-6 shlibs

Hello!

There was a need to put a version information in the libc shlibs file in
earlier versions of 2.0.7u (__register_frame_info problem), but now that
we have a 2.0.7u compiled correctly it isn't needed any more, so the
version dependency could be removed. This way packages compiled on slink
will run on a hamm system, without a libc upgrade (the libcs are
compatible now).
