 No. Original kon (is inclueded in Debian) can handle only Japanese
language encoding.

 KON is Kanji ON Linux console
 (Chinese letters, not language is called "Kanji" in Japanese)

 FreeBSD CJK bootdisks use "CJK enhanced kon". If you want to use
this, you should port it to be able to run on Linux.
