That could be tricky. This means you have to link undocumented stuff
to undocumented(7), but that page says you can't make the link until
you have reported it as a bug against the package that the page doesn't
exist, and therefore you would have to file a bug report against a package
that doesn't exist!

ie you must file a bug against a package that doesn't exist, to link
the manual page to undocumented(7), which you must do before it can be
uploaded to be policy compliant..
