pilot-link 0.9.0 question

Not sure who maintains the pilot-link package...but I was
wondering what happened to the header files???

the pi-xxx.h files that I need to compile other programs
such as kpilot are no longer there...(but come in the pilot-link
tgz file)...

any clues???
