I can't reproduce this.

What version of xaw-wrappers do you have? Do you have any changes to
/etc/X11/xaw-wrappers.conf? What does your
/usr/lib/xaw-wrappers/conf/xkeycaps look like? What does /etc/ld.so.conf
look like?
