Until this does get packaged, you can always use vim to highlight C code
or any of several dozen other languages/file formats. It includes a
script for writing HTML files based on the highlighting you're using,
and it probably wouldn't be difficult to give it command-line parameters
that would let it be used as a (somewhat more resource-intensive) filter
useable in a CGI script.
Needs a little more glue than c2html, but lets you play around with the
colours interactively.
