If you can build a kernel that can boot with the SCSI support, you
should be able to replace the kernel on the boot-floppies disk and
then use that to install.  See the Installation Manual
<URL:http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/> for detailed instructions
(near the end, "Replacing the Rescue Disk Kernel" or some section like
that.
