  Ooh, ah - at least there *is* somewhere to put it. Can pandora have
a pandora-only area?

  Oh, and my apologies to Remi, I packaged encoder some time ago and
put .debs up at http://www.eris.rcpt.to/encoder before discouragement
over the redistributability aspects set in.
