A few things related to development (thinking about ITPs)

What is the procedure for checking on taking a package from someone who
has ITP'd it but hasn't actually created it yet?

By Eric Leblanc (jughead@generation.net):
      (437 Days in Creation)
            kangband -- An Angband variant

I'm about to go and grab the latest Kangband for my own use because it
hasn't been packaged yet. This is my favorite variant of Angband and would
like to package it since Eric, after a year, has not.

I also noticed that the following has been orphaned for a while and would
be willing to pick them up as, again, they are something that I use
personally.

 (144 Days Orphaned)
ispell -- an interactive spelling corrector
iamerican -- an American English dictionary for ispell
ibritish -- a British English dictionary for ispell

Finally, are there any developers in the LA area that is willing to meet
me and trade PGP signatures so I can complete my developer application and
get to work on these packages?
