Oh god, right there, no. 1000% *NO*. I really disliked qmail's

Exim's configuration is quite simple. The docs just suck. As for your
worries, yes, they are unfounded. Exim handles both filtering and delivery
so there is no need for such tools as deliver and procmail.

Right, but do we have that for all MTAs so we can compare? See what I'm
getting at. People are making comparisons based on incomplete data.
