Bad maintainers line

Hello,

I've just sent an automated message to many developers using the
mail adress from the maintainers line and :

- the package libconvert-ber-perl is owned by 
  'Bristol Admin <root@visi.net>' which is not common (ie the root 
  acount !) and which is not in the pgp keyring.

- the package psptools is owned by arrouye@debian.org which does
  not (no more ? not yet ?) exist ...

- the package webmagick is owned by Johnie Ingram but the
  Packages.gz file still list vaidhy@loony1.loonys.net (an overrides
  problem ?)
