Yes, but we actually talk about whois-ripe. People that use internic
mainly wouldn't need to install whois-ripe in the first place. So this is
a non-argument. If I install whois-ripe, I expect it to behave as a client
to whois.ripe.net, otherwise I wouldn't know why I should install it at
all ...
