Lintian doesn't know about /usr/share/man and you'll get errors from that.
It'll also scream about menu files with hints (though it screams on menu
files WITHOUT hints too)  If you don't have a /usr/doc it won't be happy
at all.

The X Window System:
  The standard UNIX graphical environment.  With Linux, this is usually
