ITP: tidy
I intend to package "tidy", an HTML quicker fixer-upper written by
Dave Ragget at W3C. The license (DFSG-free as far as I can tell) is:

Informatique et en Automatique, Keio University). All Rights
Reserved.
Contributing Author(s):
Dave Raggett <dsr@w3.org>
The contributing author(s) would like to thank all those who
helped with testing, bug fixes, and patience. This wouldn't
have been possible without all of you.

I intend to use the name "tidy" for the package, to correspond with
the executable, even though the name "HTML TIDY" is used by the
author.
