recompiled emacs20 and libapache-mod-perl (was: Re: broken packages)

No, the maintainers of the packages in question haven't yet updated
their packages for apache-1.3.9.
http://master.debian.org/~mdorman/ has a recompiled
libapache-mod-perl, as well as a recompiled emacs20 that uses
liblockfile1 instead of liblockfile0.
