Cancel ITP: techexplorer-wrapper
I'm finding my free time is just too sparse at the moment, and I have
to spend some time fixing bugs in my existing packages before the
freeze. So I'm dropping this ITP. It's non-free, anyway. Although
it was suggested to me that we could encourage IBM to consider
releasing it under the same conditions as postfix.
Anyway, back to important things like fvwm....
