ITP: pyorbit, Python bindings for ORBit

I intend to package pyorbit, a set of Python bindings for ORBit, the CORBA
ORB used in Gnome. PyORBit (http://theopenlab.uml.edu/pyorbit/) will follow
the proposed OMG bindings for Python.
